Randy started as a Realtor for one of the big real estate companies in Minnesota. Inspired by selling real estate in the past himself, Randy established National Realty Guild and began searching for the right equation that will grow the company while bringing more value to agents.

Randy's biggest aim was for agents to have the opportunity to gain more income which they can “put back into building their own business.” So, instead of following the footsteps of big companies, that take a large portion of their agent’s commission in exchange for prestige, Randy decided that the best move is to offer a true 100 Percent Commission Program.
